Opinion:HP has always been delighting the customers by going the 'EXTRA MILE'. Expandable memory upto 8GB, 2 memory slots (Unused Slots-0), 4 GB DDR3 RAM are few of the features that attract users. It has a 14" High-Definition LED Display, LightScribe SuperMulti Drive with Double Layer Support optical drive and a digital microphone making it stand out from the crowd. The fact that it is priced between Rs. 32000 - Rs 33000 is quite justifiable. However, the 3 USB ports provided are 2.0 whereas a better option would have been USB 3.0. The black beauty is wrapped in a sales package consisting of Battery, AC Adapter, User Guides and Manuals and is also provided with 1 Year Domestic, Onsite, Parts and Labour Limited Warranty and Free Transit Insurance.
